As Spring draws nearer, please keep in mind Gatewood Homeowner’s Association has an Architectural and Design Control Committee as set forth in our neighborhoods’ restrictive covenants, for the purpose of maintaining the compatibility of changes and/or modifications of homes within our neighborhood.
If you are planning on adding a fence, dog run, build an addition, repaint in a different color, or re-roof with a material other than what it had originally, you should first familiarize yourself with the Covenants section. Please submit your request in writing with specifications including colors to the Architectural & Design and Control Committee.
Neighbor Concerns
If you have a neighbor concern, we encourage that you first communicate this issue/concern with your neighbor. However, if your issue escalates and cannot be compromised, please contact a board member. Please submit your concern in writing, (e-mail is acceptable).
We will communicate your concern(s) and try and resolve the matter as best possible within a short time frame.
Mail Boxes
If you’ve recently experienced the lock on your mail box not working appropriately, please do NOT use WD-40, spray a little graphite, which can be found at most hardware stores.
